The offer includes up to approximately 45 min of consultation time, any additional time will require another consultation be purchased. This service fee is NOT an hourly purchase, but rather is based on a consultation up to 45 min. If you spend less time in the consultation, no refunds will be given. Consultations are scheduled on Mondays only. Once the service is purchased and confirmed, a scheduling link will be provided to set up a phone consultation.

Please note however, we will NOT provide input on intellectual property applications that YOU have drafted yourself for review and input, such as patent applications, trademark applications, or copyright applications, so please do not purchase this service for that purpose. Furthermore, we will not provide legal opinions as to infringement, patentability, registrability or the like that did not originate with PRECIPICE.

The IP Consultation engagement includes consulting fees only but does not include legal services such as patent application preparation and filing, trademark application preparation and filing, copyright application preparation and filing, or trademark, patentability, or infringement opinions. Such legal services must be purchased separately and representation requires the establishment and execution of a written engagement agreement outlining the terms of the representation. The IP Consultation service does not include fees which may be required by third party resources such as database resources, or the like.
