Angela J. Grayson, CIPP/US, CLP Principal and Founder
Angela J. Grayson is the founder and Principal Member of Precipice IP, PLLC. Prior to founding Precipice IP, Ms. Grayson was previously in-house IP counsel for several Fortune® 500 companies, namely Pfizer, Inc.; Eli Lilly and Company; E.I. DuPont de Nemours; and Walmart Stores, Inc. Ms. Grayson also has prior experience in the examining corps for the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Ms. Grayson obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in chemistry. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree, and is admitted to practice law in Mississippi. Ms. Grayson is also a patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
She is a member of the United States Supreme Court Bar as well as the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Certified Licensing Professional (CLP), an OCEG Certified Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (GRCP), and has obtained a certification in patent valuation.
Radiance Harris, Senior Trademark Attorney
Ms. Harris is Senior Trademark Attorney at Precipice IP, PLLC in our federal Trademark and Copyright practice group and is adjunct to the firm. Ms. Harris obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English and Religion from Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland and is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Ms. Harris is an expert in brand development strategy and social media branding. She has extensive trademark expertise in trademark clearance, opposition, prosecution, and portfolio management, as well as licensing and enforcement.
Little known fact- Ms. Harris played on the Swarthmore Women's Basketball Team during her time there.
Bruce A. Johnson, Senior Patent Counsel
Mr. Johnson is Senior Patent Counsel at Precipice IP, PLLC in our Patent practice group and is adjunct to the firm. Mr. Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Iowa State University. He obtained his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
Mr. Johnson is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Courts of Texas and Iowa. He is also a registered patent attorney, registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Johnson has over 20 years of engineering, counseling, and patent drafting experience both in house with such companies as Lockheed Martin; as well as with numerous well-regarded law firms.
Mr. Johnson is committed to the practice, and when he is not counseling clients, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.
