StartupNOLA: Access to Capital: Meet the VCs

  • NOLA Brewing and Pizza 3033 Tchoupitoulas Street New Orleans, Louisiana, 70115 United States (map)

StartupNOLA and Startup Noir NOLA are putting founders face-to-face with the people who write the checks. This is a rare shot to get the lay of the statewide VC landscape and connect directly with 16 VCs and angel groups from across Louisiana — all in one room.

Who's in the Room:

Whether you're raising now or just want to know who's writing checks across the state, this is the night to show up. Bring your pitch, bring your questions, and come make the connections that actually move a raise forward.

With special thanks to our event co-sponsor, Shreveport's own Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program (EAP).

Prepare for the event with these products.

IP Due Diligence Report
$3,850.00

Are you a founder thinking of acquiring investors OR perhaps you are the investor?

Let us perform a basic IP due diligence on the portfolio and provide you with a due diligence report where we review 1) ownership, 2) authorship 3) inventorship 4) claim scope, and 5) IP assignments for a given portfolio. This engagement is limited and time-bound, meaning we’ll provide up to 4 hours of diligence. Any investigational work beyond that time frame will require additional funds.

While the IP Due Diligence Report service can be ordered, in order for Precipice IP PLLC to begin work on your matter will require the execution of an engagement letter outlining the terms of the service. A letter for your execution will follow in due course upon completing your order.

The current price only includes fees for the diligence and preparing the reporting letter, and does not include filing intellectual property applications, infringement opinions, or 3rd party fees for accessing paid databases or related expenses as needed.
